  • Begin by notifying us of your intention to return a product on our dedicated returns page. On this page, you'll find a user-friendly form. Please provide your name, email address, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product(s).
  • Our customer service team will promptly review your request and provide you with further instructions.
  • Securely package the product(s) you intend to return in a suitable shipping box. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unblemished condition and must be enclosed in their original, unopened cardboard packaging. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for items that do not meet these criteria. Ensure you print the return label, which should include your order number, and place it inside the package.
  • We will coordinate the return shipment with an agent from TNT Albania. If you change your mind within 1 day of receiving your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you inspect the product upon receipt in the presence of the courier and choose to reject the order, you will not be responsible for the shipping fee. To safeguard your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance coverage.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will promptly notify you via email. We will then process the return and issue a refund within 14 days.

Refund Details:

  • If you opted for invoice payment, your refund will be credited to the same account from which you initially made the payment for your order.
  • If you made an immediate payment upon receiving your order, your refund will be processed within 1-3 days by the courier.
